  • RO repair and maintenance services
  • Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services
  • Water quality testing and consultation
  • Spare parts and filter replacement
  • Emergency repair services

2. Service Terms and Conditions

Service Requests

  • Service requests can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or website contact form
  • We aim to respond to service requests within 2-4 hours during business hours
  • Service appointments are subject to technician availability and location
  • Emergency services may incur additional charges

Service Areas

We provide services across Bangalore city limits. Service availability in specific areas may vary. Please contact us to confirm service availability in your location.

Working Hours

Our regular service hours are Monday through Sunday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Emergency services are available 24/7 with additional charges.

3. Pricing and Payment

Service Charges

  • Service charges are provided as estimates and may vary based on actual requirements
  • Final charges will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins
  • Parts and materials are charged separately unless included in service package
  • Travel charges may apply for locations outside standard service areas

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, UPI, and digital payment methods
  • AMC payments are due in advance for the contract period
  • Late payment may result in service suspension

4. Warranty and Guarantees

Service Warranty

  • All repair services come with a minimum 30-day warranty
  • Installation services include 90-day installation warranty
  • Warranty covers workmanship and installed parts
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or external factors

Parts Warranty

  • Genuine parts carry manufacturer warranty
  • Warranty period varies by part type and manufacturer
  • Defective parts will be replaced free of charge during warranty period
  • Labor for warranty replacements is included

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about service requirements
  • Ensure safe access to service location
  • Be present or arrange for authorized representative during service
  • Provide necessary utilities (power, water) for service work
  • Follow maintenance recommendations and instructions
  • Report service issues promptly
  • Make timely payments as agreed

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Service appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with 2 hours notice
  • Late cancellations may incur service call charges
  • No-show appointments will be charged full service call fee
  • AMC cancellations require 30 days written notice
  • Refunds for cancelled AMCs are prorated based on unused service period

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to:

  • The cost of service provided
  • Repair or replacement of damaged parts due to our negligence
  • We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages
  • Water damage due to pre-existing conditions is not covered
  • Liability does not extend to equipment not serviced by us

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or emergencies.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We maintain confidentiality of customer information and service records.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service methods, is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes will be resolved through direct negotiation first
  • Unresolved disputes will be subject to mediation
  • Legal disputes will be governed by Karnataka state laws
  • Bangalore courts will have exclusive jurisdiction

12. Service Standards

  • We maintain high service quality standards
  • Technicians are trained and certified
  • We use genuine parts and proper tools
  • Service records are maintained for quality assurance
  • Customer feedback is regularly reviewed and acted upon

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service relationships for breach of these terms, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct. Customers may terminate AMC contracts with proper notice as specified.
